It's not totaly right. Your program will surely use some API who can be detected/locked by anti-cheats system like 'GameGuard' 'xTrap' or 'HackShield'. (By interecpting events coming from your program PID) But here, the poor weakness Punkbuster(Incompetent programmers) can really do nothing.

But it isnt a cheat! It just lets ur mouse click on a tempo u select, and ur mouse will act like that. It will just be seen as someone who clicks.
